Chris Colfer
Chris Colfer is an American author of children’s fantasy novels in addition to being an actor. He writes the Land of Stories series. Chris had wanted to be an author from an early age, using it along with acting to escape from reality. He dedicated his first novel to his grandmother, who acted as his first editor. As an actor, he is best known for appearing on the TV series Glee as Kurt Hummel. He won the Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actor in a Series, Miniseries or Television Film.

Chris Colfer became a published author in 2012 with the novel The Land of Stories: The Wishing Spell. His second book was published later that year, entitled Struck by Lightning: The Carson Phillips Journal. It was a novelization of his first movie, which he also wrote, starred in and produced.
