Anthony Horowitz Victimized by Stalker
English author and screenwriter Anthony Horowitz has written many novels and television series, but nothing could prepare him for some real-life drama.
“I briefly had a stalker who threatened to kill me, my children, etc,” says the author of the Alex Rider spy novels. “In the end, the police got involved.”
Horowitz turns 56 next month and has two children – Nicholas and Cassian. His wife is Foyle’s War producer Jill Green.
That said, he doesn’t wish to elaborate on the uncomfortable experience. “I don’t particularly want to talk about it,” he says. “It wasn’t very pleasant, but it’s in the past.”
