E.L. James has definitely hit the jackpot when it comes to her Fifty Shades Trilogy. The British queen of “mommy porn” not only received a $5 million pay day when her series was optioned by Universal, but she is making $1.4 million per week off of her three bestselling novels.
At this rate, James is projected to earn $20 million this year. Meanwhile, book records everywhere are being shattered by her novels.
