New Books Out This Week From Patterson & Coulter

In I, Michael Bennett by James Patterson and Michael Ledwidge, Michael Bennett arrests a Mexican crime lord, but pays the price when his lifelong friend Hughie McDonough is killed. From behind bars, the captured prisoner vows revenge on Michael Bennett and plans on taking out some of it on the people of New York City as well.
Catherine Coulter is back with another FBI Thriller. This one is called Backfire. When a federal prosecutor is tenative in his opening statement, the judge becomes suspicious. These suspicious are confirmed when the judge himself catches a bullet. Agents Lacey Sherlock and Dillon Savich then receive a note that says “You Deserve This For What You Did,” meaning they very well could be next.
