Stephen King Sets “Doctor Sleep” Release Date
Stephen King has announced that after a long delay, Doctor Sleep will be released on September 24th, 2013.
The book was originally set for a January 2013 release, but King required more time for editing and had many different projects on the go, including Joyland, which will be out in June 2013.
Doctor Sleep is about Dan Torrance, the son from The Shining, who is now an adult. He finds out about a group known as the True Knot, who lives off the steam that children with “the shining” produce, only to torture them and kill them. When he meets a girl with an extremely bright shining, he decides to fight for her.
