Portia MacIntosh Synopses: The Suite Life by Portia MacIntosh is a standalone novel. Gigi is counting down the days until her sister’s destination wedding in Hawaii – and the pressure is on to find a date. Anyone will do, really – someone to prove to friends and family that she’s doing fine, and maybe stop the pitying looks.
Being a bridesmaid should be fun, but it’s complicated when the best man is her ex…especially one who’s bringing along his sizzling new reality star girlfriend.
Things start to look up when Gigi arrives at the hotel to discover a mix-up with her room. She’s been upgraded to a luxurious suite – bigger than her entire flat, with staff ready to cater to her every whim. Suddenly, The Suite Life seems to suit her perfectly.
As Gigi indulges in a little much-needed pampering, she begins to wonder…could this unexpected turn of luck lead to the perfect date – and maybe even a second chance at love?
It’s All Sun and Games is a standalone title by Portia MacIntosh. Robin can’t wait for her work trip to Italy – a week in the sunshine, away from the daily grind. Sure, there’s a client pitch to handle, but what she’s really excited about is showing her office crush, James, who she truly is outside the office – and maybe distracting him from her rival, Liz.
As luck would have it, the town they’re visiting is the same place Robin’s childhood penpal, Andrea, is from. It seems like the perfect opportunity to reconnect and finally meet her old friend over some delicious Italian food and wine…between work obligations, of course.
But when Andrea turns out to be nothing like the person Robin expected, things quickly get complicated – and Robin finds herself navigating a summer full of surprises, new connections, and unexpected romance.
You Had Me at Chateau by Portia MacIntosh is a standalone novel. When her editor tells her she needs to “up the spice” in her books – literally Amber’s worst nightmare – she finds herself at a crossroads in her writing career.
An opportunity arises to attend a writer’s retreat at an exclusive château in the stunning French Alps, and Amber reluctantly agrees, hoping a change of scenery will spark some inspiration.
But while her attempts to add romance (and spice) to her novels fail – despite the unhelpful guidance of the eccentric romance writers around her – Amber’s own life begins to imitate art. Two captivating men enter her world, and suddenly her quiet retreat turns into a real-life romantic comedy, complete with laughter, chaos, and unexpected love.
