Senator Pens New Book About Alternative Energy
Former North Dakota Senator Byron Dorgan is trying his hand at fiction, writing a new eco-thriller novel about an attempted sabotage on alternative energy development.
The book, Blowout, is co-authored by David Hagberg, who is the author of over 70 suspense novels. This is no major departure for Hagberg, whose most recent work, Abyss is about a project to harness ocean currents in order to generate electricity.
Blowout will be hitting shelves on Tuesday. While it is Dorgan’s first novel, he has written two non-fiction books in the past. Blowout by Byron L. Dorgan and David Hagberg will be available in hardcover and eBook formats as of March 27, 2012.
