Ben Kincaid is the protagonist in a series of legal suspense/thriller novels by American author William Bernhardt. Ben is a criminal defense attorney based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Later on in the series, in the “Capitol” books, Kincaid’s success leads him to Washington D.C.

William Bernhardt is an American author of suspense, thriller and mystery novels. Before becoming a novelist, Bernhardt was a trial lawyer. He is best known for his Ben Kincaid series. He is also a writing instructor, running an annual workshop in Tulsa every June. Bernhardt is the founder of the HAWK Publishing Group.
