Stephen King has announced that after a long delay, Doctor Sleep will be released on September 24th, 2013. The book was originally set for a January 2013 release, but King required more time for editing and had many different projects on the go, including Joyland, which will be out in June 2013.
The much-anticipated sequel to Stephen King‘s The Shining, Doctor Sleep has officially been given a 2013 release date. The book centers of Jack Torrance’s son Danny (now an adult). Many years have passed, but Danny is still haunted by his childhood traumas.
