Tom Holland, who directed the original Fright Night movie, is going to be adapting the Stephen King short story The Ten O’Clock People. Holland has worked with King in the past, having adapted The Langoliers and Thinner.

The Ten O’Clock People is about Brandon Pearson, who is trying to quit smoking and learns that several government officials are inhuman. Due to the chemical imbalance that people have when they’re quitting smoking, they can then see the truth about people. Holland says it’s “paranoid suspense.”
