J.K. Rowling has revealed that she was offered to take a trip onto space on one of the first commercial shuttles, but turned it down.

The Casual Vacancy author explained how she was invited to go into space, but wasn’t too interested. “I was offered a seat. For a mere £2 million I could have been on the shuttle, but I turned it down.” (Of course that “mere £2 million” part was full of sarcasm.)

Well, that leaves one spot open. Anyone know if E.L. James is interested?
