Alan Orloff, happily married with two sons, he enjoys watching his sons perform in dramatic productions and sports but Alan also like to read a lot and play poker. Residing in the Virginia suburbs he attended business school earning his MBA at MIT/Sloan. Down the road Alan decided that business wasn’t really for him and with the support of his wife he started writing fiction. Alan is an Agatha Award Finalist for Best First Novel for his debut novel Diamonds for the Dead (2010).
