If You Like James Redfield Books, You’ll Love…
The Celestine Prophecy is the book that put James Redfield on the map. The story takes place in the rain forests of Peru where an ancient manuscript has just been discovered. The manuscript outlines the 9 key insights into life. The insights are meant to be delivered sequentially as humanity moves towards a spiritual culture. The middle-aged male narrator quits his nondescript life to track down the ancient Peruvian manuscript that will come to be known as the Celestine Prophecy. Redfield wrote this book not only as a novel, but as a guidebook for a better way of living.
The series continues with The Tenth Insight. The story sees Charlene disappearing while exploring in the Appalachian Mountains. This brings them on a trip through this area with cathedral forests, wooded streams, and majestic waterfalls in search of the Tenth Insight. Of course, the trip will take them much further than that as it takes the reader into other dimensions, the moment before conception, and the the Afterlife. Readers will leave this book with answers to some of the unspoken questions that loom over all of human experience.
