If You Like Jody Lynn Nye Books, You’ll Love…
View from the Imperium is the first book in a series of the same name. Ensign Thomas Innes Loche Kinago is fresh out of the academy and given his first command. He comes from a distinguished family and is eager to prove that he belongs in the same company as them. While he is coming to power, there is a charismatic leader who is threatening to breakup the power of the Imperium. This leader can control the minds of anyone he meets and is gaining more and more control. It’ll be up to Kinago to stand up to the the challenge and save the galaxy.
Another great book by Lynne is Mythology 101. Keith Doyle is a nerd who has always believed in magic and myths, but he’s concentrating on his business major at Midwestern University. He sees his world turned upside down when he discovers a village of magical little elves that are living in the school’s library building. Problems arise when the building is set to be torn down, thanks to Keith, and he must find a way to save the elves home while getting himself a life.
