Sweet Valley High: Senior Year is the last spin-off series of the Sweet Valley High series and has earned a ton of praise as the most realistic and modern of all of the many Sweet Valley books.

The Senior Year continues the plot that ended the Sweet Valley High books where an earthquake destroyed local El Carro High School. This allowed for a lot of new characters to get introduced to the series as those students end up attending Sweet Valley High.

If You Like Sweet Valley High: Senior Year Books, You’ll Love…

The twins are finally seniors on Can’t Stay Away, the first book in the Sweet Valley High: Senior Year series of books. Elizabeth and Jessica Wakefield are the twins and they are ready for senior year. Elizabeth has big plans of doing her homework, working on the newspaper and practicing her writing, but she has a problem: she can’t stop thinking about Connor McDermott, one of the new boys from El Carro high school. Jessica is also up to her old tricks as he dates Will, who happens to be dating someone else.

The second book in the series is Say It To My Face. The perfect Elizabeth is going through some changes in her senior year as she was once so straight laced and is now going so far as to skip classes. Could this all be because of Connor? Worse, Jessica is now the subject of some nasty rumors that have the whole class turning her back on her while her sister is MIA. The two girls are supposed to be a team, but senior year has changed a lot of things. This is one of the most realistic Sweet Valley books and the storylines are really heating up.
