The Hunger Games has officially surpassed Harry Potter as the top-selling book series of all time on Amazon.com, regardless of the fact that there are seven Harry Potter novels and only three Hunger Games books. The figures include both print and eBook sales.

After much speculation, Lionsgate has made the decision to split the final Hunger Games book into two films. “Mockingjay Part 1” is going to be released November 21, 2014, while “Mockingjay Part 2” will be released on November 20, 2015.
