Order of C.S. Lewis Books
C.S. Lewis (1898-1963) was an Irish author who was best known for writing The Chronicles of Narnia. He wrote fantasy and sci-fi books and plenty of non-fiction. His books were largely targetted at children. His work would contain several Christian themes. Lewis was a close friend of J.R.R. Tolkien, as they served on the faculty together at Oxford. Lewis died on the same day as John F. Kennedy and Aldous Huxley – November 22, 1963.
C.S. Lewis’ bibliography goes all the way back to 1933 when he wrote The Pilgrim’s Regress. Even decades after his death, work of his continues to be discovered and published. Below is a list of C.S. Lewis’ published fictional work in order of when it was originally published:
