David Lynch is one of the most famous directors of all-time. In addition to his work as a filmmaker, Lynch is also an accomplished painter, musician, writer and actor.

Lynch made his debut in the world of film in 1977 with the release of Eraserhead. That movie became a success on the midnight movie circuit and gain a real strong cult following. This lead to more opportunities in his career including his classic 1986 movie, Blue Velvet and the television show, Twin Peaks. Lynch has also released albums as a musician, worked extensively in painting and photography, and released multiple books.
