If You Like Heidi McLaughlin Books, You’ll Love…
Third Base is the first book in the Boys of Summer series. The book focuses on a major league baseball player named Ethan Davenport. He’s only twenty-two years old, but he’s had to learn what to do and more importantly, what not to do fast. He knows not to shoot his mouth off or give his address out on social media, and he knows not to let his personal life interfere with the game. He’s willing to throw all of that out the window though when he sees Daisy Robinson sitting in front of the visitor’s dugout. She knows a ton about baseball, she’s beautiful, and she’s perfect for Ethan. Can they make it work? If so, they’ll have to handle a few curveballs.
Heidi’s book Forever My Girl is the one that put her on the map. Liam and Josie were high school sweethearts who had their whole lives planned out and they were going to live happily ever after. Then one decision changed everything and they stopped talking. Ten years later, Liam returns to town for a funeral where Josie still lives. They’ve both moved on with their lives, but they have they moved on from each other? You know the answer.
