Jack Higgins Synopses: Storm Warning is a standalone novel by Jack Higgins. Amidst the backdrop of World War II, a compelling story unfolds as a group of German expatriates find themselves stranded in Brazil. With their homeland thousands of miles away, they are compelled to embark on a perilous journey across treacherous waters, navigating tempestuous seas in a bid to return to their country. However, their voyage is fraught with challenges, including the formidable obstacles posed by the military might of American and British forces that form a deadly barricade blocking their path. This gripping narrative delves into the courage, determination, and trials faced by these characters as they navigate the complexities of war and the daunting journey that awaits them.

Angel of Death by Jack Higgins is the fourth book in the Sean Dillon series. Operating under the ominous moniker “January 30,” this covert group takes its name from a tragic historical event in Belfast. Unconstrained by alliances, they carry out targeted killings, sparing no one: American diplomats, KGB agents, Arabs, Israelis, IRA members, and Loyalist soldiers. Their agenda is a direct threat to peace, and their sinister plan involves an assassination that has the potential to shatter the fragile truce in Ireland.

Former IRA enforcer turned ally of justice, Sean Dillon, finds himself facing a formidable task: track down and neutralize January 30 before they claim more lives and plunge the region back into chaos. With each passing moment, the stakes rise, and the prospect of a renewed conflict becomes increasingly imminent. As the hunt unfolds, Dillon faces the chilling realization that he is up against a masterful killer known as the Angel of Death, a force that threatens not only those in the crosshairs but also Dillon himself.
