Jill Eileen Smith is an American author of Christian historical fiction novels. She writes the Wives of King David, the Daughters of the Promised Land, the Wives of the Patriarchs, and the Loves of King Solomon series. She has researched her topics by travelling to Israel, with a special interest in how women lived back in the days of the Old Testament. When not writing or reading, Jill loves spending time with family and friends, riding her bike in the park, eating out at restaurants, and playing with her cat Tiger. She lives with her family in Michigan.
