Sasscer Hill is an American author best known for the Nikki Latrelle Mystery series. The novels in the series have been nominated for multiple awards, including an Agatha and a Macavity award.
Hill is a former racehorse breeder, trainer, and rider. She uses the world of racing as the background for her novels which has led to her earning the Dr. Tony Ryan Best in Racing Literature Award. Sasscer was born in Washington, DC and earned her degree in English Literature from Franklin and Marshall College. She now makes her home in Aiken, South Carolina.
