Is there going to be another Joe Pickett book?
Hmm…. got the reference for this writer on Breitbart.
I’ll have to take a look.
My first book didn’t make a splash either. Maybe I could learn a few things from him?
Just read Box first book, Open Season. Didn’t really enjoy it, but knowing it was his first book I’m not giving up until I read another. He is a highly acclaimed author so he must have gotten better.
B&N recently finked out – twice – on orders for softbound copies of the 5th (Out of Range) & 6th (In Plain Sight) volumes of C.J. Box’ Joe Pickett series and has no idea when or if they will again carry it (but only edited their website accordingly after I complained that they were rejecting orders on books which they also claimed to offer). Anyone know of a vendor currently offering them which accepts snail-mail or telephone orders? I do not put credit cards on line, which eliminates Amazon and many other potential sources. Thanks.
Love L. J. Braun
Thanks! I had forgotten about Lillian Jackson Braun (The Cat Who…). Great reading for a quiet summer day with lemonade and chocolate cake. Jim is smart, caring, and worldly (his past job “in the city”). The cats are great company!!
Love the Joe Pickett books- now have dau in law reading them! 67
