Order of Dowser Books
Dowser is a series of urban fantasy novels by Canadian novelist Meghan Ciana Doidge. The series follows Jade, a half-human, half-witch who runs a Vancouver bakery. Jade is a dowser, which means she can pick up on other people’s magic and track it.

Trinkets, Treasures, and Other Bloody Magic is the second book in the Dowser series. Three months ago, Jade lost her foster sister, Sienna, to the darkness. No one saw it until it was too late, but she should have. Now, she has a broken heart and soul that she must keep to herself, because she is supposed to hate Sienna with the fiery passion of the justified. Not that she doesn’t. However, she feels lost without her, and so outclassed by the powerful Adepts constantly by her side. Are they with her for her protection or because her new powers are rare and valuable?
