“Divergent” a Hit With Teens

A new survey says that teens love Veronica Roth and her novel Divergent.

The American Library Association’s YA division announced on Monday that Divergent was the #1 favourite book of online teen voters between August 15-September 15. The novel has often been compared to The Hunger Games. (more…)

“Wimpy Kid” Goes Digital; eBooks Coming Soon

Amulet Books, an imprint of Abrams, announced Monday that it will be releasing eBook editions of the first six books in the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series by Jeff Kinney. They will become available on October 30th.

As for the seventh book, The Third Wheel, it will be released on November 13th in hardcover and eBook formats. (more…)
