Surprise New Director on Jack Ryan Project
After Lost’s Jack Bender left the untitled Jack Ryan project, it appears that Thor director Kenneth Branagh will now take the helm.
Branagh is best known for working on Shakespearean films rather than action, so this is a bit of a departure for him. The screenplay has been written by David Koepp, who worked on Spider-Man and Jurassic Park.
While we don’t know much about the next movie based on the Tom Clancy series, we do have high hopes. The plot has yet to be revealed.
