Originally from Swansea, he first traveled to Italy while working for the European Space Agency. After two decades in IT, he decided to pursue a more fulfilling path in writing. In his spare time, Philip enjoys cooking, watching classic horror films, and listening to Italian prog rock. He now lives in Venice with his wife, Caroline, and their cat.
