Kylie Kent Reviews:A Sinner’s Promise by Kylie Kent is a fantastic start to the new De Bellis Crime Family series!
Ellie is an ordinary girl who unexpectedly catches the eye of Gio, the new Mafia Dom. Despite her efforts to resist, she finds herself falling for him quickly and deeply.
Gio, who never thought he wanted a relationship, changes his mind the moment he sees Ellie. However, recent events in his family have left him hesitant to reveal his true nature to her.
Gio’s entrance into Ellie’s life feels inevitable, and even though she tries to push him away, she can’t stop herself from being drawn to him.
One of the highlights of the story is the way Gio’s brother warmly accepts Ellie into their family, showcasing their protective nature toward her. Their bond adds depth to the narrative, and I’m excited to read more about their stories in future installments! -V.L.
Relentless Devil by Kylie Kent is the first book of the Sons of Valentino series.
This was my first book by Kylie Kent, and I hadn’t realized it was part of a spinoff series! Despite that, the story stands well on its own. While characters from her previous books make appearances, the author does a great job of crafting a dynamic world without leaving new readers feeling lost or confused.
The story features instalove—at least on Theo’s part. He’s instantly captivated by the clumsy barista who accidentally spills coffee on him. Though this is a mafia romance, the mafia elements are relatively light, and the tone isn’t overly dark.
There are a few twists that stretch believability, but overall, this was an entertaining and enjoyable read! -Anonymous
Break Out is the first Vancouver Knights novel by Kylie Kent. Kylie Kent has truly outdone herself, combining her signature dark mafia romance with the intensity of a hockey setting—an unbeatable combination! The Vancouver Knights and the Monroe family have officially captured my attention.
From the first chapter, I was hooked. That spider scene? Absolutely hilarious—I couldn’t stop laughing! The banter between Aliyah and Liam was sharp, witty, and perfectly executed. Their dynamic was electric, with both characters embodying strength, stubbornness, and undeniable sexual chemistry.
As always with Kylie’s books, there’s a thrilling mix of action, suspense, and irresistible alpha males. I’m eagerly counting down the days until Grayson’s book is released—this series is shaping up to be unforgettable! -Kris
