Order of Honey Bunch Books
Honey Bunch is a series of children’s novels written under the house name of Helen Louise Thorndyke. The series is a creation of the Stratemeyer Syndicate, the group behind such series as The Hardy Boys, Nancy Drew and other series. Honey Bunch goes on various trips to places like cities, farms, the seashore, camp, the Great Lakes, the zoo, the circus, the fair and more. Later on, the series was revamped to the Honey Bunch and Norman series.
Helen Louise Thorndyke began the Honey Bunch series in 1923 with the novel Just a Little Girl. It is the only book in the original Honey Bunch series that does not begin with “Her First.” The original series ended in 1941 with Her First Twin Playmates, which was the 31st book in the series. The series was revamped in 1951 with Honey Bunch and Norman Tour Toy Town. That series ended after 10 original books, the last of which being Honey Bunch and Norman and the Walnut Tree Mystery. Below is a list of Helen Louise Thorndyke’s Honey Bunch books in order of when they were first released (as well as in chronological order):
