Order of Mountain Man Books
Mountain Man is a series of Western adventure novels by American authors William W. Johnstone and J.A. Johnstone. In the original series, Smoke Jensen sets out west from Missouri, with him his Navy Colt and an old mountain man named Preacher, who is going to teach him everything he needs to know. The series spawned multiple spin-offs that continue to this day.
The original Mountain Man series began in 1984 with The Last Mountain Man. The First Mountain Man series began with the title novel in 1991. The Matt Jensen: The Last Mountain Man series began in 2008 with its title novel. The Family Jensen series began in 2010 with its title novel. All series are currently ongoing.
