While the Hush, Hush series has now ended, LD Entertainment has optioned the rights to the YA series. The series will be adapted by Patrick Sean Smith (creator of the TV series Greek) and production is expected to be underway in Fall 2013.

The series is about a 16 year-old girl named Nora who meets a mysterious new boy named Patch at school. Although her instincts say otherwise, she is drawn to his charm. Soon, she finds out her instincts were right and Patch is a fallen angel.

“Fans of the book have been clamoring for a movie since Hush, Hush debuted and I’m thrilled to let them know that the film rights have sold to LD Entertainment,” said series author Becca Fitzpatrick. “It’s exciting to think that Patch and Nora’s story will be brought to life on the big screen.”
