Lee Child Reads Chapter of Gregg Hurwitz’ Next Thriller
Lee Child and Gregg Hurwitz have always had mutual admiration for eachothers’ work. That’s why the Jack Reacher author has recorded the first chapter of Hurwitz’ upcoming novel, The Survivor, which will be coming out on August 21st from St. Martin’s Press.
In the novel, a divorced ex-soldier suffering from both PTSD and ALS decides to jump out of a window to end his life. But before he makes the great leap, he spots armed robbers shooting bank employees and patrons. With nothing to lose, the soldier decides to confront the bad guys and take them out.
