E.L. James is considering a second Fifty Shades trilogy – this time through the eyes of Christian Grey.

The original trilogy was written through the viewpoint of Anastasia Steele, so this would be a totally new spin on the Fifty Shades series.

In other news, Angelina Jolie is apparently interested in directing the Fifty Shades of Grey movie and Bret Easton Ellis, who directed American Psycho, says he wants to write the movie adaptation.

“I’m putting myself out there to write the movie adaptation of Fifty Shades of Grey,” he lobbied on Twitter. “Hope E.L. James doesn’t think I’m being a prankster. I really want to adapt her novels for the screen. Christian Grey is a writer’s dream…”

Reportedly, E.L. James will be closely involved with the production, including influence on the casting.
