Laura Anne Gilman is an American author of fantasy, horror and mystery novels. She writes the Retrievers, Paranormal Scene Investigations and other series. When she was 14, Laura had not decided whether she would be an editor, teacher or writer. Under two decades later, she was all three. Laura had worked in the New York publishing industry for 15 years when she became a full-time writer.
