Leon Uris (1924-2003) was an American novelist of historical fiction. His best known works were Exodus and Trinity. After serving in the Marine Corps during WWII, he worked for a newspaper and wrote in his spare time. After an article of his was purchased by Esquire magazine, he began to take writing more seriously. His interest in Israel motivated him to research his novel Exodus extensively, spending two years researching the novel. His novel Topaz was adapted to film by Alfred Hitchcock.

Leon Uris became a published author in 1953 with the novel Battle Cry. His last novel was published in 2003, which was O’Hara’s Choice. Below is a list of Leon Uris’ books in order of when they were originally released:
