Scott Medbury Synopses:Sinthetica is a standalone novel by Scott Medbury. Ivan has spent two decades serving as the bodyguard and enforcer for Dimitri Molenski, one of the most powerful and feared men in Chicago. Rescued from a hard life in Moscow, Ivan owes his comfortable existence to Molenski. Yet years of violence and loyalty to a ruthless employer have left him questioning the life he has built. Desperate for a way out, he begins searching for an escape, knowing that few people ever walk away from Molenski alive.
Everything changes when a mysterious delivery arrives. Ivan has never seen his usually controlled employer react with such excitement, and he soon realizes that whatever is inside the package has the potential to change everything. As he helps unpack the shipment, he unintentionally sets a chain of events in motion that will bring chaos, violence, and unexpected complications into both of their lives.
What begins as an ordinary assignment quickly spirals into a dangerous situation involving powerful enemies, hidden agendas, and a highly unusual arrival that neither Ivan nor Molenski could have anticipated. As tensions rise, Ivan finds himself confronting questions of loyalty, redemption, and whether it is ever truly possible to leave the past behind.
Inga by Scott Medbury is a standalone novel. Chicago crime boss Dimitri Molenski commissions an extraordinary creation: Inga, a synthetic woman modeled after a lost love and designed to be indistinguishable from a human being. Programmed with the ability to feel pain and emotion, she is intended to be the perfect companion and the ultimate expression of obsession. Watching over her is Ivan Petrovic, Molenski’s trusted bodyguard, who finds himself increasingly fascinated by the life and individuality emerging within the machine.
Everything changes when something deep within Inga’s programming goes wrong. Whether caused by a hidden flaw or a secret command, the result is devastating. Inga becomes a relentless killer, leaving chaos and death in her wake. As Molenski’s empire turns against them, Ivan finds himself on the run alongside a machine he no longer understands.
Hunted by powerful enemies, Ivan races to uncover the truth about Inga’s origins and purpose. As he searches for answers hidden within her code, he is forced to question whether she is a weapon, a victim, or something entirely new. The deeper he digs, the more he must confront not only the darkness behind Inga’s creation but also the choices that have shaped his own life.
