Allie Finkle’s Rules For Girls Synopses: In Moving Day (book 1 of the series), Allie’s parents have anounced they’re moving from their split-level in the ‘burbs to an old Victorian town. Allie is upset that she has to give up her pink carpets for old floorboards and her state-of-the-art school in favour of a rundown, old school close to the new place. Will Allie learn how to fit in as the new girl?

In The New Girl, Allie is starting at Pine Heights Elementary as well as getting a new kitten. On the bad side, being the new girl is scary, especially when one of the girls doesn’t like her and wants to beat her up. Everyone has their own ideas on what Allie should do. Whose advice will Allie follow?
