J.K. Rowling’s House Sells for Over $3.6 Million

It’s not Hogwarts, but the home of J.K. Rowling has sold for over $3.6 million.

The home where Rowling wrote four of her Harry Potter novels is a 19th century Victorian mansion with eight bedrooms, a walled gardens and a detached office (that Rowling made good use of). The buyer is real estate agent and businessman, James Whitson. (more…)
