Jordan Quinn is an author of children’s fantasy and adventure books. She writes the Kingdom of Wrenly series. Jordan says that she grew up in a castle in England that was straight out of fairy tales, complete with a spiral stone staircase, moat and dungeon. As a child, she liked playing hide-and-seek and ride her horse, Prince Charming. When not on her horse, she would write stories involving fairies, trolls, dragons and wizard. Beverly Allen is the pen name of American author Barbara Early. She writes cozy mysteries, and is the author of the Bridal Bouquet Shop Mysteries series. Beverly grew up in the suburbs of Buffalo, New York and learned to love reading, writing and classic moves. She holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, but her love for writing caused her to go in a different direction. She taught secondary English and science for several years before home schooling her daughter successfully through high school. Jaime Lee Moyer is an American author of historical fantasy novels. She writes the Delia’s Shadow series. Jaime writes books about murder, betrayal, friendship, magic, and kissing, an activity her cats approve of (even the kissing). Jaime’s short fiction has been published in Lone Star Stories, Daily Science Fiction and the Triangulations: End of the Rainbow and Triangulations: Last Contact anthologies. She was poetry editor for Ideomancer Speculative Fiction for five years and edited the 2010 Rhysling Award Anthology for the Science Fiction Poetry Association. Jaime lives in San Antonio, Texas. Order of Harper Lee Books
Harper Lee (1926-2016) was an American novelist of Southern Gothic fiction. She is best known for her classic novel To Kill a Mockingbird, which won the Pulitzer Prize. Harper used the observations she made living in the Deep South in the 1930s as the basis of the novel. Harper (who goes by her given name of Nelle) was born in Monroeville, Alabama and was the daughter of a former newspaper editor/lawyer. Nelle was a tomboy who enjoyed reading and was a close friend of Truman Capote. After living life frugally, she was gifted a year’s wages in order to pursue her dream of writing. (more…)

Welcome to the November OrderOfBooks.com Newsletter! We’re getting closer and closer to Christmas – and I miss the days of being a kid.
I miss opening up tons of Enid Blyton books that Santa had brought me while sitting in front of the fire. Although in saying that – I do enjoy pre-ordering a book 6 months in advance, forgetting all about it, then getting an e-mail notifying me that the new Mitch Rapp novel is sitting on my Kindle waiting for me.

The Cut & Run series is a series of gay-themed mystery/romantic suspense novels created by Abigail Roux and Madeleine Urban. The series follows FBI special agents Ty Grady and Zane Garrett. Grady is cocky and braggadocios, while Garrett is much more serious and focused. At first, it seems as if this professional partnership could be a rocky one, but there seems to be a spark between the two (and in more than just a professional way). (more…)
