David Hagberg is an American novelist who writes techno-thrillers. Some consider him to be a cross between Tom Clancy and Ian Fleming. His main series features spy Kirk McGarvey, who tracked Obama bin Laden down in urban Pakistan long before it was done in real life, and shot him in the head. C.S. Lewis’ “The Space Trilogy” Out In eBook Format

HarperOne and the estate of C.S. Lewis have announced the release of his Space Trilogy books – Out of the Silent Planet, Perelandra and That Hideous Strength in eBook format.

The books are often compared to 1984 (George Orwell) and The Lord of the Rings (J.R.R Tolkien). It follows the character Elwin Ransom – a character based on Tolkien – who fights the powers of evil in other universes. (more…)

Phoenix Pick – a sci-fi publisher – gives away one free eBook per month to members of its mailing list, and now they’re going to give away free eBooks on Tuesdays and Wednesdays until at least June 5th.

GRRM Happy with Cyanide’s Work on RPG
