Nancy Pickard is an American author of crime fiction and mystery novels. She writes the Jenny Cain series. As of this writing, Nancy is the only author to win the Macavity Award (five times), Agatha Award (four times), Anthony Award and Shamus Award. Nancy earned her journalism degree from the University of Missouri.

Notes: The Eugenia Potter novels are based on the characters created by Virginia Rich. Naked Came the Phoenix is a serial novel, written with several other authors. The collection Tales of Obsession also has stories by Joan Hess, Patricia Highsmith, Evan Hunter, P.D. James, Ruth Rendell and Lawrence Treat. Murder, They Wrote also includes stories by Mary Daheim, Jane Dentinger, Marjorie Eccles, Sally Gunning, Jean Hager, Ellen Hart, Kate Kingsbury, Janet Laurence and Marlys Millhiser.
